The R4 tension weight is supplied with a 25kg weight. We would recommend using a lockdown kit (SK8) when using this tension weight in conjuncture with VG safety gears.
This tension weight is available for use with 200mm, 300mm and 315mm pulleys as stock items, although other versions can be sourced on request.
