Toro

The TORO machine is the ‘new generation’ of Geared machines.

Like its smaller ‘sibling’ the LEO, the TORO has three possible mounting positions (vertical, horizontal right and left) which allows the motor to be turned in various planes in or?der to minimise the space it requires therefore making it ideal for small machine rooms /MRL. The TORO also has an inclined worm shaft axis which keeps its size to a minimum without affecting its static load capacity. The gearbox is ‘sealed for life’ with Synthetic oil reducing maintenance time.

The TORO machine is most commonly used for a duty load of 6-10 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The TORO can also be supplied with a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM.

The TORO is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

Mody

The MODY is a compact and versatile machine with a maximum static load capacity of up to 2250kg. It has three possible mounting positions (vertical, horizontal right and left) which allows the motor to be turned in various planes in or?der to minimise the space it requires therefore making it ideal for small machine rooms /MRL. The gearbox is ‘sealed for life’ with Synthetic oil reducing maintenance time

The MODY machine is most commonly used for a duty load of 2-5 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The MODY can also be supplied with a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM .

MF94

The MF94 is a machine built in the tradition way based on a tried and tested design which has been in production in various guises for over 25 years and has been long been the ‘machine of choice’ for Heavy duty lifts.

The MF94 has a maximum static capacity of 8000kg and is most commonly used for a duty load of 12-16 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The MF94 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

MF84

The MF84 machine is also of the new generation and was designed to replaces the MF/MB82 range.

The MF84 has seen some design improvement over its predecessor which allows an increase in maximum static load capacity from 5200Kg to 6000Kg.

The MF84 is ‘sealed for life’ with Synthetic oil reducing the maintenance time

Most commonly used for a duty load of 8-16 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement. Available with the option of a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM.

MF48

The MF48 has a proven ‘traditional worm and wheel’ design and is one of Alberto Sassi’s most established machines with a maximum static load capacity of up to 3100kg.

The MF48 machine is most commonly used for a duty load of 6-8 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The MF48 can also be supplied with a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM.

The MF48 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

MB108

The MB108 is also a machine built in the tradition way based on a tried and tested design.

The MB108 is the largest machine in the Sassi range with a maximum static capacity of 15000kg and is most commonly used for a duty load in excess of 30 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement but with the added benefit of it being possible to fit a range of motors with B3 foot mounting.

MB95

The MB95 is also a machine built in the tradition way based on a tried and tested design which has been in production in various guises for over 30 years and is the ‘machine of choice’ for Heavy duty lifts in a busy environment such as Hospitals, where reliability is the key.

The MB95 has a maximum static capacity of 12000kg and is most commonly used for a duty load of 20-30 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement but with the added benefit of it being possible to fit a range of motors with B3 foot mounting.

The MB95 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications

MB94
