Sassi Toro

The TORO machine is the ‘new generation’ of Geared machines.

Like its smaller ‘sibling’ the LEO, the TORO has three possible mounting positions (vertical, horizontal right and left) which allows the motor to be turned in various planes in order to minimise the space it requires therefore making it ideal for small machine rooms /MRL. The TORO also has an inclined worm shaft axis which keeps its size to a minimum without affecting its static load capacity. The gearbox is ‘sealed for life’ with Synthetic oil reducing maintenance time.

The TORO machine is most commonly used for a duty load of 6-10 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The TORO can also be supplied with a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM.

The TORO is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

Sassi Mody

The MODY is a compact and versatile machine with a maximum static load capacity of up to 2250kg. It has three possible mounting positions (vertical, horizontal right and left) which allows the motor to be turned in various planes in order to minimise the space it requires therefore making it ideal for small machine rooms /MRL. The gearbox is ‘sealed for life’ with Synthetic oil reducing maintenance time

The MODY machine is most commonly used for a duty load of 2-5 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The MODY can also be supplied with a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM .

Sassi MF94

The MF94 is a machine built in the tradition way based on a tried and tested design which has been in production in various guises for over 25 years and has been long been the ‘machine of choice’ for Heavy duty lifts.

The MF94 has a maximum static capacity of 8000kg and is most commonly used for a duty load of 12-16 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The MF94 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

Sassi MF84

The MF84 machine is also of the new generation and was designed to replaces the MF/MB82 range.

The MF84 has seen some design improvement over its predecessor which allows an increase in maximum static load capacity from 5200Kg to 6000Kg.

The MF84 is ‘sealed for life’ with Synthetic oil reducing the maintenance time

Most commonly used for a duty load of 8-16 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement. Available with the option of a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM.

The MF84 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

Sassi MF48

The MF48 has a proven ‘traditional worm and wheel’ design and is one of Alberto Sassi’s most established machines with a maximum static load capacity of up to 3100kg.

The MF48 machine is most commonly used for a duty load of 6-8 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement.

The MF48 can also be supplied with a safety brake on the slow shaft for A3 / UCM.

The MF48 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications and a Drum which negates the need of a counterweight and therefore increases the Lift car capacity.

Sassi MB108

The MB108 is also a machine built in the tradition way based on a tried and tested design.

The MB108 is the largest machine in the Sassi range with a maximum static capacity of 15000kg and is most commonly used for a duty load in excess of 30 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement but with the added benefit of it being possible to fit a range of motors with B3 foot mounting.

Sassi MB95

The MB95 is also a machine built in the tradition way based on a tried and tested design which has been in production in various guises for over 30 years and is the ‘machine of choice’ for Heavy duty lifts in a busy environment such as Hospitals, where reliability is the key.

The MB95 has a maximum static capacity of 12000kg and is most commonly used for a duty load of 20-30 persons with a 1:1 roping arrangement but with the added benefit of it being possible to fit a range of motors with B3 foot mounting.

The MB95 is also available with the option of an extended slow shaft for bottom drive applications

Sassi MB94

Sassi Leo

The LEO machine is a compact and versatile machine with a maximum static load capacity of up to 3000kg. Montanari M109

15.000 kg of static load and more than 5.000 kg of capacity, M109 is the largest gearbox of the Montanari standard range.

Its characteristics and reliability move some of the most important installations in the world.

It can also be used for goods lifts (cargo) and for cars (vertical car parks or car dealership) roping 2:1 or 4:1.

Montanari M105

The new Montanari M105 gearbox, for lifts up to 9800 kg static load, without outer bearing. Start making amazing projects!

Safety is a priority for us.

According to EN 81-20, in order to comply with UCMP (uncontrolled cabin movement) and ACOP (ascending car overspeed protection) requirements, the auxiliary brake installed on the slow shaft must be suitable for the purpose.

The M105 has no external support on the slow shaft which is guided at only two points inside the carter, and this allows the auxiliary brake to be installed directly on the shaft of the traction sheave.

The machine is also available with a B3 type motor: flanged and with feet.

As all Montanari gearboxes, M105 is modular to facilitate transport and assembly and thanks to the new support and guide system for the slow shaft, it is even quieter.

The M105 has been thoroughly checked in the testing tower to simulate real operating conditions.

Montanari M98 – M98H Range

M98 is a gearbox range for high capacities.

Huge combination of ratios and pulleys, it meets all requirements for installation.

• M98 – standard, static load of 7.000 kg
• M98H – for high static load without support, static load of 7.000 kg
• M98HB – for high static load + auxiliary brake
• M98HAL – for high static load + long shaft, static load of 5100 kg

M98HB version has a high static and dynamic load with only two support points. All features meeting the construction needs of the lift industry.

Montanari M93 – M95 Range

M93 traction machine is suitable for projects having capacities up to 1250 kg.
