We have installed a brand new test tower at our office in Worcester, which enables us to demonstrate just how accurate and reliable the VG Safety Gears are, as well as performing additional batch tests for VG Safety Gears.
The tower stands at 6.5m high and allows us to test a load of up to 3,000kg with speeds of up to 6.5m/s.
We will shortly be adding sensors to the tower, enabling us to gain accurate data such as the exact speed and distance travelled, plus the stopping distance and force generated. This will then be used to improve our existing products and assist in future product design and manufacture.
