Russell joined Atwell International in 1998 as the Commercial Manager, and then worked his way up to Commercial Director before becoming the Managing Director in 2010.
Before taking over as the Managing Director, Russell was largely responsible for the development of the VG brand of lift safety components and has been involved in all aspects of the design, testing and production of the current range of products.
When not in the office Russell spends his time supporting Worcester Warriors Rugby Club, going to the gym and pursuing his love of photography. Combining this last hobby with his work has led to recent success in the ‘Elevator World’ photographic competition.
Matt is our Engineering manager. He is responsible for the day to day production of the VG Safety Gears, Rope Brakes and Overspeed Governors. Matt also uses our latest Solidworks 3D drawing programme to produce bespoke gear rafts and steelwork.
Matt joined Atwell International in November 2002 after serving for 17 years with the Royal Air Force.
Matt is a member of Worcester Operatic Society and has appeared in several of their shows at Worcester’s Swan Theatre. He also enjoys walking and cycling.
Jayne joined the Atwell team in May 2013 as Office Administrator, having previously worked in the UK & International transport industry.
Outside of work, Jayne has 3 young sons and a dog to look after. When she does have spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, walking, reading and catching up with her friends.
Field Sales Executive
Sarah joined Atwell in June 2015, brining with her years of lift industry experience and knowledge relating to major repairs and moderations. Sarah’s role is meeting new and existing clients and assisting with all Atwell Products and services including new lift equipment packages.
In her spare time she enjoys socializing with friends, horse riding and watching movies.
IT & Sales Support
Mike processes incoming orders, as well as raising invoices and maintaining the company network and web sites.
Mike, who joined Atwell International in July 2006, comes from an IT background and previously worked at an Internet Service Provider.
Outside of work, Mike often travels around the country to watch various rock bands, and even does some live music promotion in Worcester and Birmingham when the need calls for it. Other interests include horror movies, martial arts and PlayStation.
Pam is our Accounts Manager and is responsible for maintaing the company bank accounts as well as producing company reports.
Pam started at Atwell in 1998 and was the first employee at Atwell International. Previously Pam had worked at a local stock brokers and then at Marks & Spencers for 17 years in an accounting role.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys gardening, spending time with family and walking, particularly in the North Yorkshire Dales.
Brian formed Atwell International in 1996. His experience in the lift industry spanned over five decades, including several years spent living and working in the Middle and Far East.
Brian, who has now retired, is available to Atwell International as a consultant to lend his knowledge to problem solving.
