Russell joined Atwell International in 1998 as the Commercial Manager, and then worked his way up to Commercial Director before becoming the Managing Director in 2010.
Before taking over as the Managing Director, Russell was largely responsible for the development of the VG brand of lift safety components and has been involved in all aspects of the design, testing and production of the current range of products.
When not in the office Russell spends his time supporting Worcester Warriors Rugby Club, going to the gym and pursuing his love of photography.
Sarah Hagan
Sales Manager
Sarah joined Atwell in June 2015, bringing with her years of lift industry experience and knowledge relating to major repairs and modernisations. Sarah’s role is meeting new and existing clients and assisting with all Atwell products and services, including new lift equipment packages.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends, horse riding and watching movies.
Holly Freeman
Accounts Administrator
Holly has been with us since June 2015, and is our Accounts / Office administrator. She is responsible for raising sales invoices, credit control and assisting Pam in both the Atwell and Atwell Raloe sides of the business.
Holly has recently started collecting tropical fish, and she enjoys travelling in Europe and socialising with friends and family.
Mike Lewis
Operations Manager
Mike processes sales and purchase orders, and maintains the company database, network and web sites.
Mike, who joined Atwell International in July 2006, comes from an IT background and previously worked at an Internet Service Provider.
Outside of work, Mike often travels around the country to watch various rock bands, and even does some live music promotion in Worcester and Birmingham when the need calls for it. Other interests include horror movies, martial arts and PlayStation.
Paul McNamee
Manufacturing Supervisor
Paul builds and tests all of our VG safety gears, rope brakes, overspeed governors and tension weights.
Outside of work, Paul spends most of his time building or repairing violins, guitars and cellos, as well as working on his VW camper van.
James Dolphin
Warehouse Supervisor
James looks after our stock levels, and deals with all incoming and outgoing goods, as well as building VG safety gears.
James enjoys football, socialising and music festivals when not at work.
